Nadine graduated from St. Paul University Manila Campus located in NCR, Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. During her years in the university, she was a highly involved student. She served as council assistant secretary and class president, and she was awarded a spot on the Chairperson’s list.
Before joining Katey Bean & Company, Nadine has worked as a freelancer and virtual assistant for several years. Nadine specializes in database management, listing coordination, transaction files, and providing general assistance, as necessary. Her exceptional organization and adaptability allow Nadine to pivot quickly, an essential quality in the churning and changeable realm of real estate.
Nadine is known for her generous and loving heart, and for her gracious and steady way of working. When she is not tending to the needs of the clients and teammates of Katey Bean & Company, creating new systems, and improving processes to optimize efficiency, Nadine can often be found facilitating retreats and volunteering. Nadine lives in NCR, Philippines with her husband, Christian. She is an active member of Hand of the Sower Catholic Community and a part of the Music Ministry. In her free time, she enjoys creating and testing her own baking recipes, designing graphics with Canva to show off her culinary creations to social media, and watching both Korean and American television shows and movies.
